BA / B.Sc Engineering (16 years Education) Minimum Second Division from any recognized University / Institution recognized by HEC / PEC (Eligible registration with PEC) with at least 10 years of post qualification related experience in a reputable public / private organization including project design,execution/5 years experience in management, project documentation, commodity, materials procurement, consultant and contractor supervision and monthly and quarterly progress reports or MSc / M.E Civil Engineering (18 years Education) Minimum Second Division from any recognized University / Institution recognized by HEC / PEC (Eligible registration with PEC) with at least 8 years of post qualification related experience in a reputable public / private organization including project design,execution/ 4 years experience in management, project documentation, commodity, materials procurement, consultant and contractor supervision and monthly and quarterly progress reports- Candidates with experience with Public Sector Universities / DAI (s) will be preferred. Candidates should also be well acquainted with PEC, SPPRA / PPRA, Planning Commision, Finance, Project Management and other existing Government Rules Procedures for implementation of Development Project.
