Zonal Sales Manager Job In Sukkur
Golden Pearl Cosmetics is looking for appropriate candidate for the post of Zonal Sales Manager based at sukkur.
The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that provides the lowest total cost, minimizes inventory, and maximizes customer satisfaction through world-class service.
Responsbilities:-
- Build strong relationships with our factories and suppliers, ensuring continuous long-term partnerships.
- Monitor all purchase orders, adjust purchase patterns, and monitor shipment and production schedules to meet obligations
- Review vendor performance to ensure lowest price, highest quality and timely delivery.
- FMCG or preferably cosmetics industry sales background, knowledge of the area, experience in metro metropolitan and rural distribution handling, primary and secondary sales handling, credit management.
- To meet and manage the initial and secondary sales targets, distribute the area according to its capacity, in collaboration with the SO, to advance and meet the targets set on time.
- Implement channel wise sales strategy and business development.
Education and Experience Requirement:-
- Sales background of FMCG or ideally cosmetics industry
- MBA degree or equivalent experience
- 8 years experience in which 3-4 years should be in the same capacity
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
